Work that makes sense. Work that makes a difference.
For people who like thinking deeply, working relationally, and building things that last.
Why we do this work?
91 Untold exists because the world of organisations is changing faster than the ways we usually try to change them.ation.
We work with leaders, teams, and systems who are trying to do meaningful things in complex, uncertain, and often messy environments. Innovation, transformation, culture, sustainability, and people are no longer separate topics, they are deeply entangled.
Most change still treats organisations like machines and people like components. We don’t. We work with organisations as living systems and with people as whole humans, and that changes everything, including what it’s like to work here.
This page isn’t a list of vacancies. It’s a way of saying who we are, how we work, and the kind of people we love to work with. If you recognise yourself in this, we’d genuinely love to start a conversation.
How we see the world?
We believe we’re living through a real shift in how organisations, technology, and humanity relate to one another.
The old paradigm was built on control, prediction, optimisation, and linear planning. It created enormous progress, and it also created fragility, burnout, disengagement, and organisations that struggle with complexity. AI is now accelerating this shift by outperforming humans at exactly the things that paradigm valued most. So, the question is no longer how we do the old things better, but what kind of intelligence is now needed.
We believe the answer is more systemic, relational, ethical, and human. The ability to sensemake in complexity, to hold multiple perspectives without collapsing into certainty, to design for long-term health rather than just short-term performance, and to integrate technology with humanity rather than replace it.
That’s the ground we stand on, and it shapes everything we do.
How we work?
We care more about curiosity, courage, and the drive to make a difference than about perfect CVs or linear career paths. We’re interested in what you can bring, how you think, how you learn, and how you relate, not just what boxes you tick.
We work in both Chronos and Kairos time. We respect delivery and deadlines, and we also make space for thinking, sensing, and noticing the moments when something meaningful can shift. We value people who are proactive, coachable, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in ambiguity without losing their ethical compass.
We try to treat people as adults and as humans. We work as a team, we laugh, we care, we stretch ourselves, and we support one another to do work that is rigorous, thoughtful, and kind. We’re based in Bristol and value time together, and we also work with clients around the world when it genuinely adds value.
What we look for?
We’re less interested in people who are looking for “a job” and more interested in people who are looking to contribute to something that’s still evolving.
We’re curious about what you bring that helps us go faster, wiser, and further. That might be skills in facilitation, systems thinking, innovation, AI, digital content, design, or something we haven’t even imagined yet. It might be a way of seeing, a kind of energy, or a question you keep asking that others don’t.
People who tend to thrive here are curious about how people and systems really work, comfortable with ambiguity, reflective about their own assumptions, and motivated by both impact and integrity. They enjoy facilitating rather than controlling, building rather than optimising, and learning rather than defending what they already know.
This probably isn’t the right place if you need certainty before acting, prefer rules over judgement, want clearly bounded roles that won’t change, or are mainly motivated by status, speed, or control. That’s not a criticism, it’s simply a matter of fit.
If it feel like you
If you’re not just looking for a role but for a place to grow, contribute, and help build
something meaningful with others, we’d love to hear from you.
We don’t need a perfect CV. We’re much more interested in a thoughtful note, a story,
a question, or a sense of what you’d love to bring.
So write to us in whatever form suits you. Bring your curiosity, your perspective, your ideas,
and your sense of humour, and let’s see what we might create together.
