This course is for facilitators, leaders, innovators, and coaches who care deeply about creating lasting, systemic change – and know that to do that, they need to understand people, patterns, and systems.

Most “change” programmes aren’t really change at all. They’re tweaks, adjustments, reorganisations. But transformation – real transformation – is different. It’s the shift from caterpillar to butterfly.

About the courdse leader
Neil Almond
Chief Systemic Innovators.
Neil is one of the UK’s most experienced NLP Master Trainers and a recognised expert in systemic innovation. He holds an Innovation-focused MBA, an MA in Coaching and Mentoring, and is currently completing an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice. In 2017, he won the ANLP Award for Making a Difference using NLP.
Neil has trained thousands of coaches and facilitators and advised governments, businesses, and charities on innovation, leadership, and systemic transformation.
His teaching style is engaging, warm, and hands-on – ensuring participants not only understand the theory but feel confident applying it in real-world scenarios.
